Well what can I say...... here I have my 2008 vivaro 2.0cdti its a heavy campervan and daily driver for our little family. When I purchased it it had a fault code for camshaft sensor signal implausible#!! 😑

After discovering it had had an engine swap from a newer van and the incorrect camshaft (extra lobes on sensor pick up) we had the correct shaft fitted and a new timing chain but the fault had reoccurred.... wiring was checked ecu was checked nothing would resolve the problem although it drove fine and has done for the last year it will not pass and mot with the engine management light on.

But Ian from remap2race was the answer.

I emailed him at 1am in the morning and he got back to me by 9am and by 12am he was at my door with his van full of tools he removed my ecu and rewrite the map so the it would no longer look for that code and the ecu would not bring on the eml for that code, not only that but he did a egr delete and improved power and torque to my engine. A super great guy, very friendly and he was also happy for me to watch the whole process as well as answering my questions along the way 😀 I couldn't recommend him more if I could. 😀 this was a huge head ache that weighed heavily on my shoulders for so long and with the mot due I was panicking but now it's plain sailing. Just test drove and its got so much more power, better torque and pickup. And for some unknown reason it even idles smoother amazing. By the way a really great affordable price 👌
